Tucked into Heritage Woods, our single-family home sits in a quiet, wooded pocket of Sea Pines — the storied gated plantation on the south end of Hilton Head Island. You get the whole place to yourself: 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a finished loft, and a pull-out couch — comfortably sleeping 13 guests.
The vaulted living room is the heart of the house — light pours in through tall windows, French doors open straight onto the back deck, and a fireplace anchors the room. Step outside to a private in-ground pool with a waterfall and fountains, surrounded by mature oaks and palmettos. There's an outdoor shower around the corner for rinsing off after the beach. Pool heat is available for an additional fee if you'd like the water warmed.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining table that seats ten, with four more stools at the eat-in counter. Roku TVs in every room, whole-home Wi-Fi, A/C and ceiling fans throughout, plus a full-size washer and dryer. The garage has room for beach gear and an extra full-size fridge and freezer for groceries and drinks. The driveway fits up to four cars.
